Welcome to the Texas Taco Cabana, L.P. (“Taco Cabana”) website. Below you will find our Change Order Policy describing the online order practices of Taco Cabana (Taco Cabana and its Affiliates are referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Change Order Policy covers the different ways a guest can interface or interact with us, their available options pertaining to their order, and how they can contact our Guest Relations department directly if unsatisfied with other avenues.
For online orders placed with us through the MY TC! app or the Taco Cabana website, refunds must be handled by our Guest Relations Team. We cannot issue a refund once the order has been confirmed with the restaurant. To process your refund in a timely fashion, please contact Guest Relations at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your right to cancel an online order starts the moment the order was placed.
- For a catering order, we require a 18-hour notice for all cancellations as long the order has not been processed by the restaurant.
- If your cancellation request is within 18 hours, please contact us at 1-855-4MY-Taco.
- For a non-catering order, we require a 1-hour notice as long the order has not been processed by the restaurant.
Catering Specific Order Change Policy
If you need to make any modifications to your catering order, simply reply to the confirmation email that was sent to you after placing your order. Or simply call 1-855-4MY-TACO. We require a 18-hour notice to make any catering order changes.
