INSPIRED BY ’I LOVE TACOS’ WALL CREATOR LUIS MUNOZ, TACO CABANA TO CONTINUE THE GIVING

(SAN ANTONIO) – Taco Cabana continues its #RandomActsofTacos initiative with a fundraiser at all San Antonio locations during breakfast hours on Dec. 21. For every breakfast taco dozen box sold, Taco Cabana will donate $1 to the Brighton Center, a local organization that provides educational and developmental support to families and children with disabilities.

Taco Cabana was inspired by local “I Love Tacos” wall creator, Luis Munoz, who unveiled his famed wall in late November to capture the city’s love affair with tacos while giving back to the community.

“Charitable causes are often part of my projects, and it’s great to see a company like Taco Cabana join in those efforts,” said Munoz. “I hope that initiatives like mine and Taco Cabana’s encourage others to spread happiness this holiday season.”

“Luis Munoz has left a lasting mark on our community with his ‘I Love Tacos’ wall, and we want to keep the momentum going this holiday season,” said Taco Cabana Chief Operating Officer Todd Coerver. “We invite our guests to start their Monday with a box of breakfast tacos for the whole office and help raise money for the Brighton Center.”

Taco Cabana has also partnered with several other local organizations to benefit children this holiday season, including giving gift cards to kids at The Children’s Shelter and providing a free breakfast for kids attending a Boys and Girls Clubs of San Antonio special screening of the new Star Wars movie on Dec. 22.
