Let Us Pay You to Train at Taco Cabana

It's true.  If you have the right ingredients, you could be participating in Taco Cabana's comprehensive management training program.  This six-week, fully paid program introduces management candidates to our culture, how it reflects and creates the daily work environment.  During the final week of the program, short and long term goals will be set with the General Manager, Division Leader, and other restaurant staff.

Managers Building Abilities Program (MBA)

PHASE I

Will mold you into a knowledgeable Taco Cabana Restaurant Manager by participating in "hands on" learning activities.  Here you will learn about different career paths in the restaurant.  You will also learn the secrets on how our homemade food is prepared.

This phase is very task oriented.

PHASE II

This phase will help new managers learn the basic skills needed to manage a Taco Cabana restaurant. The objectives that will be learned are:

• Daily and weekly close procedures
• Inventory Management Systems
• Inventory Procedures
• Administrative Responsibilities
• Workplace Safety
• Shift Management
